The Cut! Film-making Society at Glasgow University acts as a meeting point for all students interested in collaborative film-making projects. Associate membership is also available to students at the Glasgow School of Art.


The society serves equally all of those interested in any aspect of film-making. For example: those who wish to direct but are in need of acting talent, and those who wish to act but find themselves in need of a creative director - I'm sure you get the picture.


This website serves as an important information portal for all members of the society; it is where you can list previous film-making experience and also advertise new projects, once they are under way.


You don't need to be experienced, we encourage participation from those interested in any aspect of film-making - from make-up to cinematography - and there's no joining fee. So what are you waiting for; find the talent you need and get shooting!
